How We Did It

Lane 201 is a fast growing 8-figure women’s fashion retailer who came to Blue Stout to optimize for conversion rates and site revenue.

After 6 months of monthly CRO A/B testing, we had unlocked significant monthly increases in revenue.

And it was time for a more aggressive refresh to improve branding and usability for the site’s core pages. Specifically, the Homepage.

Blue Stout utilized the data gathered from the previous 6 months of A/B testing to redesign, build and launch a new Homepage for Lane 201.

The result: A 13% increase in Homepage Average Revenue Per User and a 10% increase in Homepage Conversion Rates for all desktop users.
